The vision of Narail Agro Village & Eco Resort is not limited to establishing just an agricultural farm, a fisheries project or a tourism centre.
Integrated Agriculture & Farming
Our aim is to build an integrated and expandable Ecosystem Agro Business. Under one platform, a wide range of production and business activities will be run in coordination with one another: agriculture, cattle, goats, sheep, dumba, ducks and chickens, fish, fruit and vegetables, animal feed, egg and meat production, organic fertilizer, renewable energy, and Agro & Eco Tourism.

We want to establish an Integrated Business Model in which the by-products and resources of one sector are used in the production system of another. As a result, there will be opportunities for the maximum use of resources, higher production efficiency, cost management and new revenue streams.

The Main Objectives of Our Mission
Modern, technology-driven agriculture
To increase agricultural production and control production costs through modern technology, scientific methods and improved management.
Diversified livestock development
To expand various livestock sectors, including cattle, goats, sheep, garol, ducks, chickens and dumba, through planned commercial management, and to set up regular production and marketing. Alongside increasing the protein supply in a small space through biofloc fish farming, to use the waste from the same system as organic fertilizer for growing vegetables and fruit, and so produce and market vegetables free of chemical fertilizer.
Sustainable fish production
To increase production through planned fish farming by properly using our large water body (a 4-acre enclosure), and to ensure marketing by building a sales system that reaches local markets and, online, markets at home and abroad.
Safe food production
To ensure a safe, quality production system for all products from our farm, including vegetables, fruit, fish, meat, eggs and milk.
Creating multiple revenue streams (sources of income)
Instead of depending on a single source, to build step by step around 16 or more potential income sectors for the project, which will develop it into a profitable and sustainable economic/business ecosystem model.
Turning waste into resources
To create opportunities to produce organic fertilizer, animal feed and other value-added products from the by-products of livestock and farming.
Integrating tourism with agriculture
To create an attractive Agro Tourism & Eco Resort that brings together agriculture, nature, rural life and recreation.

To build a transparent and responsible framework for creating long-term value for partners, combining real assets, productive activities and a diversified business.
